Step: 1
First Contact
Once we get connected, we take the time to learn more about you as the founder, the business, your goals and your struggles. This is where we will aim to have a general understanding of whether we are the right fit for each other.
Step: 2
Due Diligence
Next, we will collate all information that you have provided to us and start a due diligence process. We will perform market research, dive deeper into your PnL, test out your products and uncover any further questions that will help us make an informed decision.
Step: 3
Presenting Findings
If we think that we are the right fit for each other, we will schedule another call to present our thesis and where we believe we could take the business together in certain time thresholds.
At this stage, we will also start exploring what the partnership will look like. Our boutique nature allows us to make offers that are fluid and we tailor our approach to every business.
Step: 4
Begin Partnership
Once all the details are agreed upon, we will begin our engagement. Any cash offers will be transferred to your nominated bank account, consultancy engagements signed and nominated staff from Atlas Ventures will begin assisting your team to implement strategies that will achieve the targets set out.
